UIO Language Logistics is a global language services company. UIO provides staffing and recruitment for our clients, mainly in the healthcare interpreting field. Our services includes financial, logistical, contractual and compliance related support for clients and global partner organizations in the healthcare and technical interpreting fields.

UIO Services are provided in customizable contract based packages on behalf of our corporate clients. Standard services include:

• Recruiting and screening applicants, confirming identity, references and legal authorization to work in the requested jurisdiction.

• Using client approved testing methods to qualify interpreter applicants on language ability, interpreter proficiency, and/or industry specific terminology.

• Running both local and international background checks.

• Completing both local and US based compliant employment and confidentially contracts in all appropriate/required languages.

• Maintaining and auditing regulatory and compliance documentation required by clients.

• Managing local labor, benefits and payroll management and compliance.

• Providing appropriate training and orientation on general interpreter skills, ethics, protocol and role. Facilitating any additional client specific/client required trainings/orientations.

• Providing all interpreters with shredders to help maintain confidentiality of service.

• Providing logistical support such as infrastructure,  communications services, professional services and more.

• Providing initial financial backing to local partners as needed for pre-contracted services.
